Conduct, Corruption, Abuse of Power, and Professionalism


1. PURPOSE


Members are expected to maintain conduct that reflects trust, discipline, and realism. Department authority exists only to support roleplay and public safety within the server.

2. CONDUCT UNBECOMING


Conduct unbecoming includes any behavior that damages department credibility, disrupts roleplay, abuses authority, or creates unnecessary conflict.

Examples include:
A. Unprofessional language during official scenes.
B. Excessive arguing over radio.
C. Disrespecting civilians or members.
D. Fail roleplay.
E. Refusing lawful supervisor orders.
F. Using department tools for personal revenge.
G. Misrepresenting rank or authority.
H. Making false reports.
I. Ignoring policy after correction.

3. CORRUPTION POLICY


Corruption is prohibited unless specifically approved as a controlled staff-supervised storyline. Unauthorized corruption includes:
A. Taking bribes.
B. Planting evidence.
C. Releasing prisoners for personal reasons.
D. Leaking confidential operations.
E. Using department databases improperly.
F. Selective enforcement based on personal relationships.
G. False arrests.
H. Covering up misconduct.

4. ABUSE OF POWER


Members shall not use rank, vehicle permissions, weapons, commands, radio access, or admin-style access to intimidate, threaten, harass, or punish others outside proper process.

5. HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION


The department has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, threats, slurs, sexual harassment, targeted bullying, or retaliation. Complaints may be handled by supervisors, Professional Standards, or server staff.

6. INACTIVITY RULES


Members must meet department activity expectations. Inactivity without notice may result in:
A. Warning.
B. Removal from specialized unit.
C. Rank review.
D. Suspension.
E. Termination.

7. UNIFORM PROFESSIONALISM


Members shall wear approved uniforms and equipment for their assignment. Uniforms must match rank, duty status, unit assignment, and scene type.

8. SOCIAL AND DISCORD CONDUCT


Members represent the department in Discord. Department channels shall not be used for harassment, drama, spam, leaking operations, or disrespecting other agencies.

9. TRUTHFULNESS


Dishonesty in investigations, time reporting, report writing, evidence handling, or command review is a serious violation and may result in termination.
